Christmas and New year's eve

Dear Customers,
during the holiday Pianeta terra will stay closed on the 24th and the 25th of December,
open again from the 26th till the 31th.
On the 26th we will serve beside our A la carte menu a special 4 courses christmas selection. On the 31th will only be one set menu and will not be possible to order a la carte, of course we'll be flexible for vegetarians , allergies and any other dietary related request. Any other day will go as   usual.
We wish everyone a merry Christmas and a very happy new year.

At the table with the producer!!!

On the 20th of november we wiil be open for a special event.A dinner inspired by Tuscany and the presence of Andrea Rossi from "Podere Della Bruciata". It is a Sunday and is a perfect day for food/wine pairing . Starts at 18,30 and it will be a 4 courses menu matched to 4 red wines. For more infos check out our newsletter

Il nostro menu di Pasqua sarà servito oggi e lunedì , domani meritato riposo

Our Easter menu will be served today and monday , tomorrow we'll take some well deserved rest

Insalata tiepida di lingua d'agnello e gamberi di fiume con salsa del loro corallo , emulsione di rafano fresco e crescione d'acqua

Ravioli di grano arso ripieni di asparagi verdi e caprino Viterbese con parmigiano e uova morbide di quaglia

Tris di agnello di Texel:
bistecchina di coscia con lenticchie beluga e creme fraiche
animelle saltate  con bieta colorata
french rack con rosti di patate ssaline di Texel ed aglio selvatico
